I cant stop taking it i have a shunt, im on it for life have been on it for 13 years now.

In case if you cannot get off the coumarin completely,kindly monitor the PT-INR ratio to keep it between 1.5-2.5 to avoid bleeding complications especially in the setting of IUCD implantation.
Also I would like to advise you, to have a Transvaginal ultrasound/TVS to detect the possibility of any subacute/latent uterine perforation since the onset of bleeding is immediately in the post implantation period.
This continuous bleed is definitely not normal. A confirmation of coexistent uterine pathology is to be ruled out before deciding to for Device removal.
