Question: Since yesterday evening I have been feeling extremely weak and tired. I also feel like I'm going to black out but I don't. My chest feels tight and this morning I was having chest and stomach pains. I also have a mild headache.

Such symptoms indicate that something serious is going on and you should seek immediate medical attention. Chest pain along with weakness, tiredness, fainting like feeling can be caused by heart problem including heart attack. Stomach pain can appear with heart attack as well as headache.
Typical heart pain appears on the left chest side and radiate to the left arm or jaw.
But depending of the affected heart part, symptoms may be so much different.

Please do not wait any longer with your symptoms. Visit ER as soon as possible. Heart ECG, blood work (CBC, Troponin, CK-MB, ions levels, creatinine) should be done.
