Suggest Remedy For Frequent Urination, Muscle Spasms And Fatigue

Question: My daughter has these symptoms. Numbness in upperback and jaw, muscle spasms, vision, tight feeling around her middle, bumping into walls, uninating frequintly, can't stand the cold or hear, can't feel water running on the top side of her hand but can feel it strong on her back, headaches and she had an episode with her eye and cheek drooping, severe fatuege and muscle tiredness.
She has no visual leasions on her spine or brain and her spinal fluid is clean. She is desperate to figure this out because she feels like no one believes her. I have to tell you she is not now or ever been a person to make up or complain about illnesses.

Yes she had had spinal puncture, mri, blood work for the B-12 and thyroid. I would like to throw this in there. When she was in her early 20's she got real sick with stockibotris mold. When 11 she had bells pausy, she suffered with indometriosus and cysts and finally had a hysto at 33. We don't know any of her dads family history. She takes estrodiol.

My mom contacted you about some health difficulties that I have been having. I need to correct a few things she listed. It started in January with extreme fatigue, muscle tightness in calves, stumbling mostly with right foot(no falls), bumping door jambs with shoulder, bladder spasms/frequency, cognitive difficulties (organizational/multitasking/word finding), and difficulty writing(hand fatigue) as well as heaviness in the same arm. I now have muscle jumping in legs when relaxed, tremor/jumping in right arm, and my handwriting continues to get worse. I've gone from working 6 hours cleaning our church to 3 hours at the most now. I have to rest throughout the day(not sleep, just rest). I was very active and happy when all of this started but dr.'s continue to want to say it's anxiety. I know it's not anxiety, because I was the best I have ever been. My marriage is great, I love my job, I was active in my childrens' school, and I was on the praise team at church. I was in a really good place.
I've had brain and spine MRI's with one hyperintensity, clear spinal fluid, and all normal blood tests including, B12, thyroid, iron, and lyme. I have hyper reflexes that dr. labeled 3 level and I can't resist downward pressure on my right foot and right arm.

The MRI was done in August 2015 and read "single nonspecific area of T2 hyperintense flair signal abnormality within the corona radiata. This finding does not have the appearance of demyelinating disease. Again this finding is completely nonspecific but can be seen in patients with chronic headache, sequela of prior trauma as well as chronic microvascular ischemic disease, the last of which is felt to be unlikely given the patient's age." It also said, "There is a solitary nonspecific 2.0 mm area of flair signal hyperintensity within the right centrum semiovale."
In the beginning, I also had a NCV in July 2015 that read, "Evaluation of the left peroneal motor and the left sural sensory nerves showed reduced amplitude (L2.1, L0.8 uV). F Wave studies indicate that the Right peroneal F wave has prolonged latency (66.9 ms)." I have not had an EMG.
