Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
The normal HR is between 60-100 b.p.m and shouldn't exceed 120 b.p.m during exercise.
After reviewing your data I would like to say since your cardiac examinations were normal the tachycardia you are experiencing (palpitations) ae caused by anxiety. Anxiety is manifested with tachycardia.
My advice is to stay calm and relaxed nothing will happen to you.
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

Hi back,
Untrained peoples will do tachycardia on physical activity. However their HR never exceeds 120 b.p.m. Since your HR is above 140 bpm it's more likely to be related to anxiety.
Hope this will be of help!

Hi back,
This is exactly what I'm saying to you. Physically untrained people will do tachycardia on physical activity, however their HR never exceeds 125 bpm. Higher HR are more related to anxiety and / or alcohol caffeine usage.
