I take 1 asprin (325 )a day, 1 25g metaprolol twice a day and 1 prova statin once a day. I've been doing this for a year. I took Tylenol, sever cold/flu. I quit taking them when I realized my blood pressure was high, 191/84. That was 24hrs ago.
I just took my bp and it was 159/78
I feel good. Hopefully I'm on my way DOWN!
