It was also noted that ASD 2mm L - R shunt. Could you please explain. In an earlier holter monitor it was said that my upper chamber was 800 x more and lower chamber 200 x more than should be in the 24 hr period.
Thank you, I appreciate your opinion. Kind regards XXXX
A direct review of your cardiac tests is necessary.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for asking on HCM!
Regarding your concern, I would explain that it is important to directly review all the three performed cardiac tests (cardiac ultrasound, Holter monitoring and coronary angiography reports).
Please, could you upload them, so I would be able to correctly give my opinion?
Nevertheless, generally speaking, I would explain that a mild coronary artery disease (that is clinically nonsignificant coronary stenoses, lower than 75%), doesn't need any coronary interventions, just a regular medication treatment and to avoid coronary risk factors.
The same could be true for that 2mm ASD,
if no important structural and hemodynamic consequences have been developed so far. Is is an ostium primum or secundum ASD, or elsewhere? ECHO report is necessary.
If criteria are met, percutaneous device closure or surgery are available strategies.
It doesn't seem that Holter monitoring shows any clinically important ectopic beats amount, Nevertheless, a direct review of the Holter report would be helpful.
Waiting for your uploads!

Dr. Iliri
