Brief Answer:
Thorough clinical examination required to know the cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare-magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms

Individuals who are on long term oral anticoagulant could have bleeding manifestation especially from their nose if the PT/INR( prothrombin time and International normalised ratio is high which implies high dose of warfarin).

It would be totally unacceptable to blindly attribute the cause of nasal bleeding to use of anticoagulants without thorough clinical examination. As the symptoms have been going on for long time , it is advisable and recommended to get a thorough clinical examination and assessment by ENT ( Earn nose throat) Surgeon.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be gal to assist you.

Take Care

Best Regards
