Question: Fingers toes tingly, night sweats, low back pain, achey , severe headache light headed XXXXXXX when close eyes i feel room spinning. Bp 144/87 hr 98 99.5 temp

I understand your concern and situation.
I would like to know that are you having any tensions? Did you had your menopause? As such symptoms are often seen with tension headache or menopause frequently. Take a blood glucose levels checked both fasting and post prandial. Have you been taking any new medications recently? Low back aches can be associated with kidney disease. I suggest you to get urine analysis and kidney functions test and USG abdomen done. Practice meditation. Eat protein rich healthy and balanced diet and drink plenty of water. Take multivitamins supplement too.
