Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I understand your concern.
I have gone through all the uploaded reports in detail.
You seem to have a mild reduction in platelet count. This fluctuation is common after a viral illness, especially like chicken pox. This count will normalize on its own and does not need special therapy.
HDL levels are within the normal range, even though a desirable level is not met.For improving HDL cholesterol, daily intake of fruits and oatmeal for 3-6 months will help.
Abnormal liver enzymes(especially GGT) are due to fatty liver.
Complete cessation of smoking and alcohol if any will largely reverse changes of fatty liver.
Regular intake of fruits particularly apple and pomegranate will help to improve liver function.
Daily intake of 2-3 liters of water is important to flush out liver toxins.
Regular physical exercise for 20min/day will help.
The elevated lymphocyte count is due to recent viral illness. This will also subside in few days.
You seem to have a mild reduction in BMD.Such values are common in general public. This is not a major issue.
Drink milk regularly -0.5-1 liter/day.This is the best source for calcium and bone density.External calcium supplementation is not needed at this moment.
Regular intake of almonds, green peas and fish also considerably improve Bone mineral density.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
Also there has been no Viral illness in the recent past.
what could be the reason for low platelet count considering there has been no recent illness of any sort
also what do you suggest for managing BP ? should i leave the medicine for a few days and see if the BP is normal ?
Recheck plate count after 2 weeks.

Hello, Sir.
I understand your concern.
I apologise for the same(misinterpretation).
Low platelet count in your case is very mild.In many cases, it is spurious thrombocytopenia due platelet aggregates in the specimen.
But Stamlo is also known to low platelet count. This is a rare drug-induced side effect. In case low platelet count persist or worsens after a 2-week testing, then drug withdrawal is warranted. In all such cases, platelet count normalizes on discontinuation of the drug.
You should not abruptly discontinue BP medications. This can cause sudden rebound elevation of the blood pressure. You need to back up another class of antihypertensive drug or gradually reduce the drug dosage.
An individual once diagnosed as primary hypertension in his/her lifetime will remain as hypertensive for the rest of his life.Hence, it is not advisable to stop medications abruptly.
All I advise you is to speak to a cardiologist regarding the change of Stamlo to another class of drug after careful and supervised monitoring of your blood pressure over 3 weeks.
Meanwhile reduce the intake of salt to less than 6gm/day.
