Brief Answer:
Lumbar disk seems affected

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

From your description it seems that there may be lumbar disc compression or even herniation.

Most back pains if milkd, recover spontaneously within 1 month. If not so, then an evaluation by an orthopedic surgeon is needed. He may do Xray of the spine and even MRI after examining you.

Till you see an orthopedic surgeon please continue the following:

- Pain killers like ibuprofen or diclofenac only when pain is present
- Avoid lifting heavy weights.
- Avoid any exercises of the back
- Semi soft or orthopedic mattress for sleeping

Hope it helps.
