Suggest Remedy For Mild Chest Pain

Question: Hi, I've been experiencing some mild chest pain for the last month. It is not consistent to any activity (and I have not been working out or exerting energy more than typical daily chores with children and work). I do very sedentary work and am a single mother with 3 young children. Sometimes my pain is tightening in nature and extends across my chest, but often it feels like pressure in a particular localized spot. Right at the moment, it seems to be in the center. I'm under incredible stress, but I have been for a while and nothing extra stressful has been added to my situation over the past month. Do I need to go to the ER?
Brief Answer:
Should go if pain is more intense&lasts more...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If the pain will be more intense and will last for more than 25 minutes, then, should go to ER as soon as possible to rule out cardiac problem and to get proper treatment.
Further examinations are needed to identify the cause of the pain:
- ECG
- cardiac echo
- stress test
- Chest X-ray
All the best!
