Suggest Remedy For Open Sores

Fistula or a sinus most probably.
Detailed Answer:
HI.
Could see the photograph attached to another query you had asked.
I would like to ask you a few questions to get a clear history to assist you getting a clinical diagnosis:
Are these near anus ?
Do you get pain and swelling for a few days before they rupture and cause such an ulcer?
How many time you had the recurrence?
From the available description and the picture I am of the opinion that this can be a fistula-in-ano. If this is nearer the sacral area ( far above the anal area and in mid-line) towards the low-back this can be a pilonidal sinus.
In either case, you have to get a clinical / physical examination to be done by a General Surgeon, get necessary investigations of blood, urine and stool done, preferably a fistuolgram / Sinogram wherein a XXXXXXX is pushed through the opening and X-ray taken or MRI done to see the internal extent and it connectivity inside.
You may then be advised Surgery to get the excision of the lesion / tract / sinus.
Get the removed tissue to be examined by Histo-pathology to see for a specific infection causing this and get treated accordingly.
It is always better to get a colonoscopy as an adjunct.
You have to visit a Surgeon when the lesion / sore are present to have the best clinical assessment to plan a treatment to get a cure.
I think it is better that you stop local neosporin; apply liquid Povidone Iodine to the whole area as this reduces the secondary infection in the sore, get started with proper antibiotic and supportive treatment.
The diagnoses suggested are the commonest causes to present like this. There can be rare lesions too.
I hope this answer helps you to get a proper plan of investigations and treatment. Please feel to ask for further for any clarification and to give a feedback.
