Brief Answer:
Get CECT done and rule out hernia also.

Detailed Answer:
Hi. I can understand your concerns and the pain which some Practitioners are unable to comprehend.
Have you had an Ultrasound or CT scan abdomen done? Is there any swelling in the area where it pains. Sometines the surgical scar gives way in small places and that leads to an incisional hernia and can cause pain. Does the pain increase after meals?
I usually advice my patients to take Capsule Tramadol and Tab Paracetamol for such pains once I have ruled out all possible causes of the pain. In your case you should find out what type of Hiatus hernia it is and what grade. And also a CECT of the abdomen to search for any other possible causes.
Take care and do let us know if there are any other queries that we can help you with.
