Brief Answer:
Either stones have increased in size or have lodged

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I am assuming you need help with the discomfort that you have mentioned is around the belt line, this would most probably be due to the kidney stones that you have, and following are my suggestions sir:

+Avoid strong pain management medications which can cause damage to your kidneys, use mild ones like tylenol, ibuprofen, etc.
+Drink plenty of water
+Visit your doctor to help provide a more helpful solution for your kidney stones which would have increased in size or become lodged causing the pain and/or discomfort you are experiencing, solutions include:

-Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL)
-Lithotripsy +/- dorm basket
-Lithotomy (surgical)

I hope you find my response helpful. Please understand sir, that the pain shall be present as long as the stones are present so please do consider getting them removed at the earliest sir. Please also do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
