Brief Answer:
Do not worry .It will get cured completely

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts and photograph that you have posted it appears that you had Paraphimosis and have undergone surgery of Circumcision and still have little pain and swelling at the site of surgery.

Circumcision done for Paraphimosis takes more time to get cured completely compared to planned normal procedure because of inflammation and edema at coronal sulcus and glans due to Paraphimosis ..It will take minimum 3 weeks for complete recovery .

Continue taking medicines prescribed by your surgeon .

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Sir,
Is there any chance that the recovery can get delayed due to sugar problem? The operated area is still generating puss/yellow colored water?when will it be dried? The area swollen due to paraphimosis is still swollen after operation how will these become normal as before?
How Can i know that the recovery is happening as a normal patient?
Can sextual juices coming out from the Penis can delay the recovery?

Brief Answer:
It may take one month for complete recovery

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
If are diabetic and if it is not under control it will take more than 4 weeks for healing
Please see that your diabetes is well controlled .

Since you had paraphimosis prior to getting circumcision it take longer time for healing due to edema and inflammation of the foreskin and glans.

It is difficult to predict precise time frame how long it will take to get it cured.

It is the matter of time and you have to have patience and get the wound cleaned up properly and take antibiotics ,

Thanks and Regards.
