Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, let me advise you that frenuloplasty stitches usually dissolve completely in two to three weeks time.
If the skin does come back most of the time, don't consider circumcision.
If not, you may develop swelling and pain over the foreskin, in that case, circumcision will need to be done.
If you have any other doubt, you're welcome to send it in my name here.
Wish you well.
