Brief Answer:
Right now, do not go to the ER. I recommend Tylenol and Ibuprofen!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this fall that you have reported. Pain after a fall is not uncommon. However, if it fails to respond to simple pain medications, then there might by something seriously wrong. I have reviewed your information and would rather suggest you try tylenol and ibuprofen to control this pain. If it fails to do so in 2-48hours, I will recommend you go in and the hand examined and an X-ray done to look for any other possible causes like bone problems.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
