Brief Answer:
Please clarify about the amoxicillin.

Detailed Answer:
I am sorry you are having so many troubling symptoms.

Can you please clarify - why are you taking amoxicillin? Also, why have you been taking it for 9 months?

Coughing up blood is not normal, and in combination with the breathing symptoms, I would advise that you go to your doctor for a thorough exam and a chest x-ray.

Some of your symptoms may be attributable to anxiety - does that seem possible for you? However, I think it is important to make sure there are no underlying medical problems before chalking it all up to anxiety. Again, seeing your doctor and talking about this history further will be helpful.

Brief Answer:
Sinus infections can give some of the symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
I am trying to put together your symptoms into a clinical picture. Sometimes sinus infections can cause head pressure, sore throat and hoarse voice, and discolored mucus. It can also make your feel drained/fatigued. It does not usually cause neck and back pain, but if you are running fevers from an infection, that can make you achy all over.

But given the range of symptoms, I think you should go in for evaluation. You may need to see an ENT doctor, and you can discuss this with your primary doctor.
