Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Instep And Shin Area

Question: I hurt the upper part of my instep and shin muscles Monday. There was a little swelling the next day but we were on vacation that had a lot of walking. So I did probably too much of it. This morning i woke up with a rash circling the ankle. The rash seems to be getting bigger and actually is on the other foot a little. I don't think I have anything broken since I was able to walk so much on it. Mostly I'm concerned about the red rash. Should I be?
Brief Answer:
Please send me images of rash
Detailed Answer:
Hello, I have studied your case and I think that it is most likely blood extravasation so nothing to be worried about. Still to be safer side I would like to know little detail of the illness.
1.can you send me images of rash?
2.do you taking any medication since long time?
3.Is their any pain on walking?
Please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you. Thanks
