MRI shows triangular area of focus below wound
Detailed Answer:
I saw your attached questions.
Following is my reply:
1) No. Nothing can open from inside. No suture would have opened from inside.
2) There could be bacterial growth in triangular area of focus as mentioned in MRI report. That is why you get relief as long as you are on antibiotics.
3) That is the reason it resurfaces after stopping antibiotics.
4) These symptoms of rapid heart beat, numbness, headache etc... are not related to this. These could be related to gastritis. Keep taking Tab. Pantoprazole 40 mg daily on empty stomach. You will feel better.
5) There is no other problem to cause stool and gas problem.
6) This wound needs to be opened and resutured if your symptoms dont decrease.
Ultrasound guided aspiration

Hello
It is possible to pass a needle under ultrasound guidance and aspirate triangular focus and see if it is pus. If pus is aspirated you can think of repeat surgery.
This aspiration can be done under local anesthesia.
