Brief Answer:
Circumcision may not be needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i must advise you, that if you can retract the foreskin fully, it's fine.
Only if the foreskin is always painful, should you consider circumcision.
As you mention, you've no pain during sex, there should be no need for circumcision.
After sex,as the foreskin is slightly swollen, for a short time only, pain isn't a problem.
So reconsider and self-assess your thought for circumcision.
If you still find it difficult to decide, get examined by an Urologist, and seek advice.
Circumcision is a routine minor operation. So don't worry about that.
Wish you well.

Hi again.
The surgery takes about 15-20 minutes.
It's difficult to mention cost, as each hospital has it's own charges.
You should be back to work in about two- three days.
