Brief Answer:
Please get examined / investigated if necessary

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You have not said of any characteristics of the pain – pain from the heart is oppressing, in central chest (and left), worse on effort, relieved by rest, may radiate to shoulders and arms, associated with sweating and so on. You have not said which part of the chest! Is there any fever? Is it related to anything in particular?....

Coronary Artery Disease is uncommon at his age.
Probably, it is muscular pain…

Appropriate treatment demands accurate diagnosis
And diagnosis demands examination; probably investigation too;
GET EXAMINED / Have basic tests like ECG and/or X-ray chest, blood tests

In the meantime, Over The Counter (OTC) Non-Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drug (NSAID) like Ibuprofen can help / Muscle relaxants too help – but they may need prescription

Good luck
God bless you
