Suggest Remedy For Persistent Heart Palpitations
Question: I have what appears to be a frequent palpatation that feels like an excessive heart beat but doesnt coinside with my paulse. Which leads me to believe it is not heart related, but always could be. I have been woken from sleep many times by this. Typically i sit up drink lots of water and i will have gas outbursts. I have a perscription for anxiety that i take in small dose but increase when this occurs. On bad days i will get up in the morning a have 3 bowel movements. Later the palpatations decrease. I do consume on average10 to 12 onz of alchaol per week with breaks inbetween. I am fairly active, i do construction work and exercise reguraly. Basketball, situps seem to triger the palpatations.
