Suggest Remedy For Pimples On Face And Red Pimple Around Eye
Question: having some pimples on my face and i am attaching the pics. Please have a look and suggest me. I am in USA and i consulted normal family doctor as dermatologist appointment couldn't make because of unavailability.

Acne (pimples) are caused by 4 problems :(1) there are glands in the skin called sebaceous glands, in acne they make excess sebum ( a waxy oily substance)
(2)the hair follicles become blocked
(3)inflammation of the skin
(4)presence of a particular bacteria that causes acne
Treatment is directed towards these problems. The cream that you are using is effective in treating acne.
It contains an antibiotic (the clindamycin) and benzoyl peroxide (helps reduce inflammation, may also help with the bacteria and follicles).
IF this cream is not effective with consistent use then you may want to try a topical antibiotic together with a topical retinoid. This is a common good combination.
Examples of topical retinoids are adapalene, tazarolene .These are applied once a day
In terms of the eye- it appears to be a stye. This is an infection of the glands near the eyelashes.
The antibiotic eye ointment should help this along with warm compresses.
This means using a warm cloth over the area for 5 to 10 minutes, 2 to 3 times a day.
Summary: (1) the acne cream should help but if not effective when used consistently then can try a topical retinoid with a topical antibiotic
