Suggest Remedy For Prostate Enlargement
Question: Dear Doctor: Five months ago my sperm was clear, my psi was normal, and digital prostate exam showed very little enlargement for a 68 year old. On a photo vacation, 3 months ago, I sat on a low, small folding stool with netting for 7 hours a day, for 7 days. Every time I got up, or changed position I felt very stiff. Thereafter, my sperm turned pink, then slightly darker pink, then after waiting 2 weeks, sperm became dark brown. Waited 6 weeks, sperm is yellow to darkish yellow. What are your thoughts?

I have read your query and understand your concern.
Dark brown semen indicates either bleeding in testicles or infection in the prostate.
It is quite possible that you might have injured your testicles by prolonged sitting on low lying net stool resulting in bleeding and brown semen.The risk of bleeding increases if patient is on some blood thinner like aspirin etc.
Although this has cleared now but you still have dark yellow semen which could mean an infection in prostate gland.
Very rarely some growths like polyps or even cancer can result in dark brown semen.
It would be best on your part to consult a surgeon and get examined,investigated and diagnosed.
