Suggest Remedy For Red Shiny Streaks On Penile Head
I've had this situation for months and after applying clotrimazole on doctor's orders I've seen essentially zero improvement.
In the past, hydrocortisone has helped but not cured the situation. Again, it only seems, cosmetic, no itch, no pain, etc. It's terrifying me though and has essentially destroyed my confidence and self-esteem.
Please, please help.
Thank you so much.

Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I understand your concern.
As per details, it seems that you have got friction rash developed as a result of sexual contact or activities. Vigorous sexual activity may lead to appearance of rash over sensitive skin of glans. It may be transient or may become permanent on repeated trauma.
Do not worry so much and don't panic. It won't have any bad effect on you or your sexual life. You should apply liberal amount of moisturiser over the area . Cutisoft is a mild steroid that should not be used very often.
It would have been better if you could attach photographs of the affected area so that I can actually visualize the rash and help you to my best.
Take care.
Question, can you recommend a moisturover or cream I should be using? Are Vitamin D creams ok to use?
I should mention that the most recent red little line I saw happen in real time, I was, um (ugh, this is so embarassing) masturbating, and I could see a small tear develop on my glans. It's still there. No blood, no pain, just another sort of ugly red line on my junk.
I've had these others for months and they won't subside.
I hope I can get you the picture to allow you to more confidently diagnose.
Thank you so much, doctor.

Hello. Welcome back. I have seen the attached photograph also. I could appreciate red streaks over the area. These are most likely traumatic in origin. As I mentioned , repeated friction at a site initiates reaction and leads to formation of such rash. You may apply rebask cream which is an intensive moisturiser and repair the barrier of skin.
You may apply vitamin D containing cream but it should not be applied for long and shoupd be taken only under your doctor's supervision.
Do not worry at all. Avoid indulging in activities like masturbation or vigorous sexual activity so as to prevent further appearance of rash. But be calm as it wont harm you in any way. It is of cosmetic concern only.
You may apply Rebask cream from Dr reddy's 2-3 times a day.
I hope I am able to solve your query. Take care.
