Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.
1. Hemangioma in the liver is an isolated clump of blood vessels which is usually small in size. Hemangiomas less t half an 2.5cm are not significant and do not cause any problems and is a benign condition.
2. Hemangiomas on the skin appear as tiny red bumps. The skin hemangioma is due to small clump of blood vessels under the skin.
3. Hemangiomas in liver do not cause any other conditions like red spots over the skin.
Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
Petichiae is unlikely if following features are not there
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
1. Petichiae are tiny bleeding points below the skin and can occur due to many reasons. Petichiae do not disappear under pressure. It is there for few days and then vanishes once the blood disintegrates. If these features are not there then it petichiae is unlikely.
2. It is possible that these are moles. Following pregnancy moles often get darker and change due to hormonal effects.
3. If you are still in doubt then I suggest a clinical examination and consultation with a dermatologist.
Hope your query is answered.
