Brief Answer:
detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and previous questions.

Yes,you can take Difene (Diclofenac ) instead of Aceclofenac .They belong both to the same class of drugs .They are both NSAIDs (non-steroidal antiinflammators )and are used to reduce inflammation ,pain.
You can take one of these drugs, they have the same effect.

Breast tissue is soft tissue and contains a large number of blood vessels ,so trauma can cause easily a hematoma (collection of blood in the breast tissue) which resolves on it's own in 1-2 weeks.

Try not to worry and give it some days to resolve. If the inflammation in this area get's worse (it is red, warm and very painful ) fever, then you need to see a doctor because it may indicate an infection of the hematoma (the collection of blood in breast tissue get infected) .In this case it may require drainage and antibiotic therapy.

Hope it helps.
Please feel free to ask if you have any question.I would be happy to answer.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati

Hi thank you, I really appreciate you getting back to me so soon, I had also posted another question about the skin peeling on the area of the breast where it had happened.

However this has now stopped but just curious was that normal also?

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.

It doesn't happen in all hematomas but can happen because the skin is also affected by the trauma ,which caused the hematoma (swelling and redness ).
If you don't feel anything abnormal when you palpate the breast ,then you have nothing to worry about.

Take care.
