Brief Answer:
Musculoskeletal sprain

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Musculoskeletal sprain is the likely possibility. NSAIDs like piroxicam or diclofenac with muscle relaxants such as tizanidine can be advised for 5 to 7 days as treatment. Topical voltral emulgel and physiotherapy can also be helpful. Urinalysis and an ultrasound abdomen pelvis can be considered if urinary tract infection or stone is suspected as a cause or if empiric treatment does not give an adequate response.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
