The pain has travelled down to lower abdomen and remains very tender even after taking soluble paracetamol when pain went. Two hours after, the pain is now in middle of chest and left Ribcage The pain has travelled down on right side and across lower abdomen. Two hours later the pain is back in left Ribcage and mid chest

3. Observe when you take milk or milk products whether these symptoms worsen, if yes then please avoid them
4. Avoid carbonated drinks, wine and smoking if you do
5. take black tea and add cardamom and ginger to it and take them with meals
6. Take a proton pump inhibitor like rabeprazole along with a prokinetic agent agent like domperidone
7. Take Tablets that contain enzymes protease, amylase, lipase with meals
