Suggest Remedy For Severe Hair Loss And Dandruff
Question: I have a query regarding hair fall and I am writing this with the hope of getting my query resolved permanently.
For past one or two months, I noticed that my hair are falling. May be they've become weak. I am not sure though but when I comb or apply oil, they come out in numbers. On an average 30-40 strands come out everyday.
My diet is good, non-alcoholic, non-smoker, non-vegetarian and vegetarian, etc. I don't have any disease. Not bald patches, Only a very small patch on the forehead - like a C shape-.
I have also noticed that my hair are loosing shine and texture. I tried everything from Ayurveda to Multi-vitamin, for example, applied onion juice, had Amla, aloe-vera and etc. but could not find any change. Also, I would not say it is due to hereditary as my father has good quality hair. I do have dandruff, some visible flakes.
Please help me to get rid of this and advise me on the above. Please help me to get thicker and lustrous hair back.

Advice regarding hair fall
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have gone through your query and I have understood your concern.
I suggest you to use a topical minoxidil preparation (e.g mintop forte solution). Use it daily at scalp, 1 ml, twice daily. Apply minoxidil on dried scalp. Not on wet scalp. Continue it for a few months.
In addition I would suggest you to take a Tablet. Androanagen once daily for a few months.
Apart from these, you may also use a hair strengthening shampoo e.g Ducrey's Anaphase shampoo every alternate days Or even daily.
I would suggest you to avoid hair oil. You may rather use a conditioner after shampoo.
Regards

Thank you for responding to my query. I have learnt that minoxidil has negative effects after using it for a month or two. My cousin used topical minoxidil 5 and his hair started falling more frequently after using it. In two months, it effected those areas as well where there were hair.
Can you suggest me something natural, if possible and without chemicals? I agree with your last suggestion, not to apply hair oil and use conditioner rather. But, can you suggest me anything related to change in dietary habits or tablets. Honestly speaking, I'm afraid to apply chemicals as I have developed just a small patch and do not want to increase the area. Please advice and correct me if I am wrong. Of course, you can advice better than anybody else. My above statements are after taking reviews from people whom I know personally.

Brief Answer:
Minoxidil is a hair growth promoter
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
No. Its not true. Minoxidil is a hair growth promoter. Though initially some patients may experience a slight increase in hair fall because the new hair growth induced by minoxidil pushes out old hair but this phase is soon over during the first 2-4weeks. Therefore I suggest you to start with minoxidil. Besides you should also take the tablet i had suggested.
