Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
It is painful to hear your daughter suffering.
Ana can be mildly positive in many conditions including a normal variation. If not strongly positive Jra is less likely.
It is not related to thyroid too.
Symptoms do fit into amplified musculoskeletal syndrome.
This is very painful condition where pain brings more pain because of abnormal short circuit in nervous system.
It is very difficult to treat.
She needs to learn to reduce activities that start pain.
Destressing her by psychotherapy will help her learn to control her stressors.
Joints getting warm can occur in this syndrome because of inflammation.
Do follow up with your latest doctor.
Wishing your child good health and speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
