Question: yes, I have a small lump on the inside of my lip below my waste....I've also had severe itching below and have used monostate cream and ketoconazole the itching seems to be subsiding and redness is gone but I have this lump non oozing just round not coliflower like just a lump size of a pea. I changed body waswashes and now use antibacterial body was..stopped wearing thongs and using my massager.

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Notes your history that you had severe itching and redness that got relieved with monostat cream and ketoconazole. But the non-oozing, round lump of the size of a pea remained on the inside of the lip.
This is indicative of a small cyst and may resolve on its own or need an examination by a Gynecologist to see if this required excision or not.
There is no need of using any antibacterial body wash as simple cleaning with plenty of water is usually sufficient with or without a mild soap.
