Suggest Remedy For Soft Knot In Knee

default
Posted on Wed, 2 Dec 2015
Question: I had a knot pop up over night about 10 years ago on a vein located on my inside ankle. The knot is soft. However, my foot goes to itching so bad that I could scratch the blood out of it. The worst part is that I have never had a XXXXXXX horse in my entire life. I have waken up out of a dead sleep twice in the past month with one. However, since the last one it is almost like I still feel something in that calf muscle a week later.

Can I receive a doctors note stating I spoke with a doctor today? Also, I would like to receive a list of all possible causes and symptoms of blood clots and cancer that may relate to this soft knot, XXXXXXX horses, and loss of circulation at times.

Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans-?Varicose Vein with Varicose Dermatitis with XXXXXXX Horses in calf Muscle

Hi,Dear,Thanks for the query to HCM.
I read the query with all its details and found that you have following health concerns, the answers for which would be as follows-

-Q-i- a 10 yrs old soft knot near the ankle which is accompanied with severe foot itching which lead to blood oozing.
Ans-i-It seems that You had a soft Venous Lump on the vein on inside of the ankle. This indicates that You have Varicose Vein Lump, due to the incompetent Perforator Vein connecting the deep vein of the leg with the supreficial system.
This could occur due to the Post-pregnancy Venous Varicosity which occurs due to the hormonal stimulus and incresed venous load, with incompetent Venus Valves of the Short Saphenous and Long Saphenous Veins of the Legs

-Q-ii-This seems to be worst and complicated lately in past month, with -Muscle Cramps in the calf muscles/
and
-Q-iii-You are worried with these Knots with Muscle cramps as they may indicate Impending blood clots in calf veins and cancer that may relate to this soft knot on the vein, inside Your ankle.
Ans-ii and iii-Though blood clots may be caused from Cancer, mostly due to low calcium in the body tissue from the tissue break down and due to disturbed blood coagulability with it,In your case these soft knots don't indicate blood clots per se,but these knots indicate Venus insufficiency caused from the Incompetent Venus Valves of the perforator veins which are commonly placed just near Ankle veins.
-The Muscle Cramps with these knots in the calf, are caused from the Low Potassium and Calcium, due to excess / or Over use of the calf Muscles,
Or could be due the venous insufficiency causing slow recouping of the Calcium and Magnesium from the suffused and inadequate venous flow,in the affected Muscles any where in the body,More so in the calf Muscles.
Thus XXXXXXX Horses, which are severe Muscle Cramps indicate Low tissue potassium, magnesium, and calcium, due to Over used Muscles with lesss time to recoup the Muscle electrolytes and / or
-these XXXXXXX horses could arise from the Venous insufficiency, caused from the Incompetent Venous Valve, with stagnation of the venous flow or loss of circulation caused from incompetent Venous Valves.
-This slow Venous Circulation, leads ultimately to blood clots in the deep vein from Muscle Stress Injury.
-These blood clots could be caused from the severe itching due the suffused petechial hemorrhages, from the engorged venus capillaries, aggravated by the itching / scratching trauma to superficial veins.
-The itching you had, thus seems to be caused from the stagnated and leaked venous blood, leaked from the venuous capillaries which occurs from the high intravenous pressure from the obstructed forward venous flow in these leg veins.

Impression-
You seem to have long standing Varicose veins,as indicated by the soft knot on the inside of your ankle.
The Cramps occur from the slow recouping of the low tissue Potassium/Magnesium/Calcium of the overused and stressed leg Muscles.
-Stagnated blood not only causes high venous pressure in the leg veins of yours, but also causes slow recoupment of the lost electrolytes from the stressed and overused Muscles,But it also causes venous subcutaneous capillary leak, the hemosiderrin released from this destroyed blood RBC cells, of petechial hemorrahges, causes the sever itching and hence Venus dermatitis in your case.

ALERTS-
So unless proved otherwise that You have this blood knots from the hidden Cancer, by differrent tests from Your doctor,DON'T WORRY FOR THE LIST OF CANCER CAUSING THESE VENOUS KNOTS WHICH LEAD TO BLOOD CLOTS IN THE LEG VEINS.

Treatment- Suggested-
Would be-Rest/Elevation/Venous Stocking to improve the venous circulation and to reduce the severe itching in the legs near ankle and foot/Vit E/Lots of fruit Juices

Hope this detailed and point wise reply would help you to understand the causes of the XXXXXXX Horses and the Worry of Cancer and Deep Venous Thrombosis, with it.
Hope this would help you to plan further treatment with Your doctors of this severe itching / and Muscle Cramps, which is disturbing your SLEEP lately.

Welcome for any further query in this regard.
