Brief Answer:
Can be a stress injury due to jogging.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.

The pain in knee while standing can be due to decreased joint lubricants or a minor internal knee injury due to excessive jogging to which your knees were not used to.

You need to give some rest to the knees for a few days, Take a mild pain killer, do a hot compress and use an elastic knee brace for support. Do start jogging again gradually after the pain subsides completely. You can get an MRI scan of the knee done for proper diagnosis.

I hope this answers your query.
