Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat, Back Ache And Frequent Urination When On Clarithromycin

Question: hi im on 250 mg off clarithromycin 3rd day today weeing a lot sore throat back ache near kidneys ,couple off weeks previous I was not passing urine through the day only a little then night time was ok hope this makes sense .not sure whether I should stop takeing anti biotics please advice ty sorry put on ab chest infection slightly.

Did you have such symptoms like sore throat, back ache near kidneys before you have started antibiotic?

If you had this symptoms before you shouldn't stop taking clarithromycin but if not your doctor should change the treatment.

Sore throat, lower back or side pain and cough are the side effects of clarithromycin.

However if you will see that your symptoms are getting worse your treatment should be changed. For this make an appointment with your doctor so that he or she will prescribe you another antibiotic.
