Suggest Remedy For Sudden Disorientation While Doing Some Work

Details below
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Thank you for posting your query to HCM.
What you are describing might be a symptom of stress, insomnia (not able to sleep well or sleep at all), or burnout (getting tired gradually from everyday life).
This is something that happens very commonly. You should try to identify what is that is making you tired lately, stressed, or if you are having a healthy diet or sleeping well. Being aware of the problem is half of the way to solving it.
On the other side, resting, relaxing and doing things that you like to do might help it a lot.
If you think your symptoms are getting much worse I would recommend you to consider visit your local doctor to perform a general check up, so you get clarified even objectively that its nothing to worry in general.
Hope I answered your question. If you have anything any other question, I would be happy to answer.
Take care.

A brain tumor would have been together with other evident symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Its normal to worry about your health and clarify the doubts, then having it in your mind all the time and never understand it.
Its good that you do regular check ups.
If it was a brain tumor, then you surely would have other symptoms that go with it, and the labs would have shown something not normal.
A brain tumor would have signs like very strong headache that never stops, findings in neurological exam that indicate for a tumor, progressing of the symptoms and getting worse, losing weight or low appettite, ect. Of course some of these symptoms you may have from time to time, or find them separately, but only when are some of them together you may need to investigate more on it.
My advise would be to keep in touch with your local doctor and continue to do your regular check-ups. Those are programed in the time frame that if they are done regularly will be able catch in time if someone has a problem that needs more intervention.
If you have any other question, feel free to ask.
Take care.
Dr. Papaqako.

You can be the best observer of causes
Detailed Answer:
Hello again XXXX,
Yes, both of them might have contributed, if you have overtired yourself.
As, I mentioned before, being aware, and trying to rest and enjoy your days, might be very positive to improving it.
All the best, and take care.
Dr. Papaqako.

Do not worry, just follow up its course.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
As I explained above, the symptom you explained to me is not a typical cancer symptom. The checkup you have done and your age are also positive that lowers the possibility to be one. But of course I can not say you definitely have not a cancer because I don't know all your history and its not possible to do an physical exam online.
I would encourage you to not stress yourself by overthinking serious problems.
Cancer is not a common condition. Will be enough for you to be regular in your check-ups, and be open to your doctor, for him to be able by exam to diagnose in time every serious problem.
To help you further, you may read the long, very long list of brain tumors symptoms. They vary from location, and are not specific (sometimes, people with a brain tumor do not show any of these symptoms. Or, these symptoms may be caused by a medical condition that is not a brain tumor). So, consider them just a guide.
If its getting worse, or other symptoms appear, talk with your doctor.
I really hope that I have answered your question and clarified you.
Again, I would be happy to answer all your question if you have. Otherwise please rate the discussion and close it.
Take care.
Dr. Papaqako.
