Brief Answer:
sudden loss of vision in both eye with floaters.

Detailed Answer:
The dots you mentioned are known as floaters. Sudden loss of vision with floaters are concerning. With this history I am concerned about retinal detachment or hole tear in both retina. I would recommend you see an ophthalmologist at the earliest where proper examination of retina preferably by indirect ophthalmoscope should be done to see greater part including periphery.

You should have given any relevant history like refractory status of eye. Do you have refractory eye problems - Are you myopic?

Since nervousness and anxiety is also known to add to this problem, it is wise to visit a clinicl psychologist and take counseling.

see eye specialist immediately. floaters means pathology in retina to be excluded, fundus examination preferably by indirect 0phthalmoscopy to exclude holes and tear in peripheral part of retina be done.

if nothing is detected then can be kept under observation, to repeat the examination after 6 months. for nervous weakness treatment under psychiatrist to be continued. can have counselling by clinical psychologist. consultation by retina surgeon is advisable. take view of psychiatrist who is treating you.
