Brief Answer:
Examination, blood work and x ray advisable to check arthrosis/arthritis

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,

In your case the joint pain may be a sign of a rheumatological disease such as arthritis, but it may also be worn out joints such as arthrosis.

In order to clarify this, clinical examination, blood work for joint/rheumatological diseases and eventually some x rays can be helpful. If you still don't have the possibility to see a doctor, it is possible to get some relief from Ibuprofene or similar medication if aspirin is over a week . Also keep trying to get in shape is recommendable.

The chest pain may also be due to joint/ rib issues, but it is highly advisable to check for heart disease also with an ekg.

Best regards and all the best
