Hematoma more common than Seroma.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Hematoma is collection of blood due to internal injury there is collection of blood in subcutaneous tissue. It is not due to burst blood but due to small capillaries are injured leading to collection of blood in subcutaneous tissue. A hematoma is a localized collection of blood outside the blood vessels, usually in liquid form within the tissue. After injury Hematoma are more common than Seroma.
However seroma is not something I will outrightly rule out; albeit the chances are low; Seromas can also sometimes be caused by injury, such as when the initial swelling does not fully subside. The remaining serous fluid causes a seroma that the body usually gradually absorbs over time (often taking many days or weeks.
Everything else already discussed.
