Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

You shouldn't worry as long as your BP doesn't exceed 160/95 mmHg. To have hypertension is cëa common complication in the last trimester of pregnancy which need a temporary three months of treatment. After that everything will come back to normality.

Tachycardia is related to fever and anxiety and you shouldn't worry about it to.

If you were my patient I would recommend as follow:
- reduce salt intake by avoiding salty foods
- quit smoking and stop drinking alcohol.
- avoid consuming coffee chocolate and energy drinks.
- use chamomile tea
- use magnesium supplements

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

Hi back

I mean if it's higher than 160/95 mmHg for a long period (for a couple of days) you should start medical treatment. Otherwise, you should continue with the above mentioned measures.
