Question: I have a white ring appearing around my foreskin on my penis. What can i take to get rid of this?

The photographs show, a circular pale white ring circumferentially, over the foreskin.
If this doesn't affect the retraction of foreskin, or itching,you don't need to worry much.
If the whitish discoloration has occurred over a long time, don't worry.
If you want to get rid of it permanently,one option is,get circumcised.

It is beginning to tighten around my penis and makes it a bit rough to have intercourse. Can i take creams or antibiotics or antifungals to clear this up? What is the medical term for this??

As it's symptomatic,and causing you pain,it's best to undergo circumcision.
This may precipitate and cause swelling with tightening of the band,which's called,
" para-phimosis ". Then the circumcision may need to be done urgently.
Medical treatment with creams isn't advised,once the band tightens.
