Is Circumcision A Best Treatment For Phimosis?

Hi, I'm 21 years old living in Delhi. I suffer from Phimosis and have researched all over the internet for different methods of treatment. Though there are different views everywhere, I concluded circumcision is the only way to get rid off the problem completely. However I wanted to know if this is actually the right decision or if there are any complications relating to it. Also, could you advise any clinic or doctor in Delhi where I could get it operated. And what are the costs and how long does it take to recuperate ? Thanks in advance.
