Question: Hi like about a month ago I noticed my penis was getting shinny and sticky and looks like it would be wet and not dry and different smell than usual lately I noticed my foreskin will be irritated red especially out of the shower it looks like it has been stretched out and my penis looks different wrinkly I applied some cortizone 10 cream and vitamin a and d ointment but it looks the same all the stuff in looked resembles a yeast or bacterial infection in also had this small black bumps that are shinny any suggestions

Hello Dr so how do I send the picture sorry for the late responseFor a second it looked like it got just a little better after I put the cortizone 10 but it's been like three weeks now I wanted to try some anti fungal cream or pills but wanted to get your opinion after u seen the picture

hello Dr thanks for the response below I attached the pics the pimples right below the head and above the shift I was born with those already been to doctor when I was young and he told me there called penis pappulles normal it's the ones on the head of the penis I'm not sure about they look black and the skin is cracked there sometimes I feel some irritation then I don't but I said before it's sticky and shinny looking on my penis and like a stench with it
