Suggest Safe Methods To Avoid Pregnancy

Question: hi . I don't want to use precautions like condom during sexual relation with my wife but really want to avoid pregnancy without effecting health of my wife. I don't want to give her any medicine for precaution which ll spoil her health badly n internally n also ll spoil her sex hormones . Plz suggest me a very safe n best treatment or solution to avoid pregnancy . Thank you

There are 2 options, using safe period and second spermicide jelly. Safe period is time of menstrual cycle , usually day 1-10 and 21-30 th , when there are no mature eggs for pregnancy. You can use a spermicide jelly for sex in the intervening period.
