Brief Answer:
Start lorazepam tablet.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion, you should take lorazepam tablet.
It is having both effects, sleep initiation and anti seizure.
So lorazepam will be best option for you.
It is also nonhabit forming drug.
Since this is prescribed medicine, you need doctor 's prescription for it.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
