I can understand your concern

There are several tests which can confirm is penumonia is gone as follows:

Hemogram
CRP
ESR
ABG
Chest x rays

If they come negative and if the clinical condition of the patient is good with no cough no fever no seats, no anorexia no chest pain and dispnoea (breathlessness) than we can say that the patient is completely cured now.
