Question: if we have heart problem in starting stage how we will cure although we are not taking any junk food,oily,or spicy food

Heart disease can be of many types:
1. Coronary heart disease/ Ischemic heart disease
2. Valvular heart disease
3. Rhythm disorders
4. Cardiolyopathies
5. Myocarditis
6. Congenital heart disease

I assume you are talking of coronary heart disease and/ or ischemic heart disease.

Please send in complete blood report details including lipid profile, and history of any medical conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes. Any ECG or echocardiography results will also be helpful.

There are many other factors than taking any junk food,oily,or spicy food that can cause risk for heart disease.
