Question: i am 25 years girl my last period date is 7
th of April now i missed my date and pregnancy test results positive please sugest whats is the dosage of misoprostol 200 mg
cipla kit have 4 tablets how to use pleas suggest me

This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
Medical termination of pregnancy is the best method of abortion during first 49days. And using the combination of mifepristone and misoprostol is most effective. I would suggest you the following advice-

Take mifepristone tablet 200mg orally.
Then within 1-3 days, take misoprostol 800mcg per vaginally or after 2 days, take misoprostol 400mcg per orally.

If mifepristone is not available, take misoprostol 800mcg per vaginally for 3 days, once daily.

This is as per the guidelines of world health organisation or WHO.
Also i must tell you that mifepristone+misoprostol combination is more effective than misoprostol alone.
Medical supervision is necessary.
