Suggest The Ideal Dosage For Prednisone Taken For Laryngitis

Question: My daughter is singing in a play this eve. She feels fine but has laryngitis which afftected her matinee performance. She took 10mg of prednisone before the matinee and it may have helped a bit. Would 10 or 20 mg now help 3 hours before her eve performance?
